A Little Friday Inspiration
Jody Xiong of Chinese creative agency, DDB, produced an inspiring campaign to promote environmentally-friendly decisions (like walking more, and driving less).
A simple, bare tree on canvas was the backdrop of crosswalks located in 15 cities and over 130 locations in China. As pedestrians walked across sponges soaked in green paint, they brought the canvas to life, adding leaves as they walked across. One of the final prints was displayed at the Zhengda Modern Art Museum in Shanghai.
Big ideas, and small gestures make design so great.
